1. Can I get samples?

   Yes, sample orders are always welcome and there is no MOQ request for a sample order or trial order.

2. What’s your MOQ?

   100pcs for most items but for new client, less quantity is also welcome as trial order.

3. Can I order the products with my own brand? 

   Yes, we can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission and authorization letter from customers.

4. How is your factory production capability? 

Good Sanitary Ware factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture products up to 60000 pcs per month.

5. What’s your payment method and payment term?

   Payment method: T/T, western union, online payment.

   Payment terms: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for big order. It’s suggest 100% payment in advance for small order less than 1000USD in order to save bank charges

6. What’s your production time?

   We have spare parts stocks for most items. 3-7days for sample or small orders, 15-35 days for a 20ft container.
