our products are most ideal for customers’ faucets which are about 9 inches above the kitchen counter.

This item only compatible with Male 55/56" and Female 15/16" Kitchen faucets but doesn't fit most Bathroom Faucets.

Common problems and solutions 

1. Leaking after installation 

1.1 Make sure that the proper washer has been added to the water supply connector. 

1.2 Make sure the water pressure is within the range of 0.05-0.8MPa.

 2. No water comes out of the faucet in case of induction.

 2.1 Make sure that the faucet handle and the angle valve have been turned open and it is not a result of water cut.

 2.2 Make sure the upper sensor and the bottom sensor are not covered by drops of water or vapor. 

2.3 Make sure there is no obstacle within the range of 11.8inch of the two sensors. 

2.4 Make sure that the indicator light at the upper sensor flashes just Once when it detects your hand. In case of continuous flashes or no flash at all, you need to charge the battery. 

3.Intermittent spurts or constantly-running tap 

3.1 Make sure the upper sensor and the bottom sensor are free from drops of water or covered by vapor. 

3.2 Make sure there is no obstacle within the range of 11.8inch of the two sensors.
