2. What are the product development capabilities of your factory? Can we customise products?

SOONLN has an R&D team with more than 16 years of experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep our customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products, especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.

3. How can you guarantee the product’s quality?

We strictly enforce income quality checking, in process quality checking, and final product quality checking.  All of our finished products are 100% inspected before shipping out from the factory.

4. What is the Warranty for the faucets?

For the faucets, we have 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side are found in this period, we will send you a replacement.

5. How can we get the sample to check quality? And how many days?

6. Do you charge for samples and freight?

As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be at the customer’s cost. But sample charges will be returned to your first official order.

7. What is your MOQ?

We accept small quantities of 30-50pcs for each item at the beginning of our cooperation.

8. What is your production time?

Depende da quantidade da sua encomenda. Normalmente, o prazo de entrega é de 25 a 45 dias após a receção do depósito.

9. Can you ship the goods to our country?

We have a good cooperating shipping agent who can give the best offer and service. For small order, express will be the best; For bulk order, sea shipment is the best but just takes a longer time; For urgent orders, we suggest by air.

10. What are your payment terms? 

T/T, L/C, CASH, PAYPAL, WESTER UNION, and ESCROW can be accepted.

30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before shipping out from the factory.
