Q1.How many years quality guarantee for your faucets?

 5 years quality guarantee for brass 3 way faucet and 4 way faucet and 5 way faucet.  if any defective issue occurred,substitution part will be sent in the upcoming official orders. Of course, It should be  investiged and cofirmed in advance before replacing.

Q2. What is your MOQ?

100PCS each model for brass faucet,Trial order for mixed items consolidated  is also more than welcomed.

Q3.Can we get some pull out kitchen faucet samples for test?

There is no denying the fact that pull out kitchen faucet Samples are available for quality-checking. However, the relevant cost (sample and freight cost ) must be shoulder by your side.  

Q4.Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?

Only reach the designed quantity(50pcs/each), can we laser print customer’s logo. Customers need to provide us the authorization letter beforehand.
